Sauteed Spinach with Olives

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Warm the garlic in the olive oil to infuse, then remove the garlic. Sauté the spinach in the olive oil until wilted.
  2. Toss the olives into the spinach.
  3. Plate, dress with lemon juice, and serve.
